Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of previous culinary experience
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand and lift moderate weight during entire shift
  • willingness to work on any cooking line or department
  • ability to maintain professionalism and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience
  • basic cost control knowledge
  • leadership and computer skills
  • good communication skills
  • ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques
  • culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • ability to train and support multiple cooking stations
  • professionalism and effectiveness in workplace
  • physical stamina to lift moderate weight and stand for entire shifts

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily kitchen and restaurant operations
  • ensure consistent production of high-quality food
  • maintain timely service to meet guest needs
  • assist in training and developing culinary staff
  • oversee basic cost control procedures
  • support multiple cooking stations across departments
  • assume responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
