Job Requirements

  • Full-time availability including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for entire shift
  • ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • basic cost control understanding
  • flexible and willing to work various kitchen stations
  • strong attention to detail
  • high level of responsibility and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years culinary experience
  • culinary degree or related hospitality experience preferred
  • proficiency in basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to support multiple cooking lines
  • professional and positive attitude during all shifts

Job Duties

  • Oversee operations of hotel restaurant outlets
  • ensure consistent, quality food production
  • maintain cost control procedures
  • train and support culinary staff across multiple stations
  • assume department responsibilities in absence of Sous Chef
  • communicate effectively with team and management
  • uphold food safety and hygiene standards
