Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food service supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to manage and schedule staff effectively
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties
- completion or willingness to complete a sanitation course

Job Duties
- create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise daily kitchen operations
- ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- maintain proper food storage and hygiene
- oversee inventory updates and equipment maintenance
- monitor and support staff performance
- enforce food safety and hygiene compliance
- maintain accurate food safety records
- implement routine maintenance inspections
- cover for absent staff
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in team meetings
- foster positive team and client relationships
- manage catering schedules and participate in events
- perform cashier duties
- assist with special projects as assigned
