Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in food service or culinary supervision
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
- ability to work sporadic evenings and weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage teams and schedules
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- ensure food products are stored securely and hygienically
- maintain designated serving times and distribution standards
- keep working environment safe and free from hazards
- maintain updated inventory and equipment records
- conduct routine maintenance inspections
- monitor and assess staff performance
- provide guidance and support to food service staff
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in team meetings
- organize and prepare for catering events
- perform cashier tasks
- assist with special projects assigned by management
