Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in food service or culinary supervision
  • completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
  • ability to work sporadic evenings and weekends
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage teams and schedules
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • completion of sanitation course within initial year of employment
  • proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • skilled in managing food service programs to optimize costs and efficiency
  • ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • strong organizational and meticulousness skills
  • effective emotional regulation under pressure
  • skill in addressing interpersonal conflicts

Job Duties

  • create and manage employee schedules
  • compile production packets
  • supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning
  • uphold food production safety and quality standards
  • ensure food products are stored securely and hygienically
  • maintain designated serving times and distribution standards
  • keep working environment safe and free from hazards
  • maintain updated inventory and equipment records
  • conduct routine maintenance inspections
  • monitor and assess staff performance
  • provide guidance and support to food service staff
  • communicate regularly with employees
  • participate in team meetings
  • organize and prepare for catering events
  • perform cashier tasks
  • assist with special projects assigned by management
