Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision
- ability to work full-time with flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Qualifications
- Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- proficiency in interpreting and executing written and verbal instructions
- experience in managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- ensure food products are stored securely and safely
- maintain hygienic standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain accurate food safety and temperature records
- update inventory records weekly
- monitor and maintain equipment
- conduct routine maintenance inspections and suggest upgrades
- monitor and assess staff performance to foster development
- provide guidance and support to food service staff
- ensure safe working environment
- cover for absent staff as needed
- maintain regular communication with employees
- participate in team meetings
- organize and prepare for catering events
- work occasional evening and weekend events
- perform cashier tasks as required
- assist with additional projects as assigned
