Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate culinary staff
- maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
- oversee daily food production, retail, and patient service operations
- assist in training and development of team members
- manage inventory and ordering
- ensure cleanliness and safety of kitchen
- collaborate with Director to achieve operational goals
