Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day culinary operations at Three Crosses Regional Hospital
- Work closely with the Director to lead and supervise the culinary team
- Maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Oversee production, retail, and patient services
- Coordinate schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor culinary staff to achieve excellence
