Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day culinary operations at Three Crosses Regional Hospital
  • Work closely with the Director to lead and supervise the culinary team
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • Oversee production, retail, and patient services
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing to meet operational needs
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor culinary staff to achieve excellence
