Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a kitchen or food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety and storage standards
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and temperature checks
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Make sure all food is prepared according to recipes and meets quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food and ingredients are properly labeled and stored to standards
- Maintain all required logs and temperature checks
- Create positive associate relations that lead to high engagement and low turnover
- Lead the team in a fair, firm, and consistent way
- Ensure the team is well trained, knowledgeable of expectations, and up to date with certifications
