Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of culinary experience
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weights
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to train and work on any cooking line or department
  • Basic cost control knowledge
  • Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant outlets ensuring consistent quality and timeliness
  • Produce quality culinary products meeting guest expectations
  • Train culinary staff and support their development
  • Assume department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Manage multiple cooking stations and culinary departments
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with coworkers and customers
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
