Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work safely with delicate equipment and china/glass/silver
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Understanding of basic sanitation, including safely reading and following instructions on various equipment and chemicals/cleaning agents
  • Ability to communicate regularly with associates and supervisors
  • Ability to follow daily checklists and report any issues or challenges to management team
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or food service is an advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning standards

Job Duties

  • Operate dish machine effectively and safely
  • Collect dirty plates, pots, and pans from various areas
  • Restock work areas with clean items promptly
  • Sweep and mop work areas regularly
  • Clean countertops, tables, sinks, mats, dish area, and floors
  • Dispose of trash, waste, and grease responsibly
  • Handle and work with cleaning chemicals safely
