Job Requirements

  • Previous food service experience beneficial
  • Ability to follow sanitation standards
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare quality food and baked goods according to planned menu
  • Prepare daily reports verifying transactions
  • Understand meal inclusions
  • Ensure accurate and sanitary food storage
  • Serve food according to schedules and policies
  • Use and care for kitchen equipment
  • Timely preparation of food items and beverages
  • Add garnishments for customer appeal
  • Assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and equipment
  • Adhere to food safety regulations
  • Follow uniform policy
  • Communicate daily with Manager about menu
  • Supervise food temperature requirements
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Clean and sanitize counters, steam tables, and equipment
  • Handle sweeping, mopping, and ware washing
  • Maintain garbage collection and kitchen floor cleanliness
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Use personal protective equipment as required
  • Handle physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
