Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in high-end food service is required
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Ability to follow and execute complex recipes
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • Warm engaging demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Craft culinary delights for clients, staff and visitors
  • Prepare meals following recipes, portion controls and presentation guidelines
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Lead Culinary Supervisor to plan for service
  • Assist with serving clients and clean up
  • Maintain high proficiency in professional kitchen operations
  • Contribute to creative culinary process and recipe development
  • Support breakdown of serving bars and other kitchen tasks
