Job Requirements
- Attend a 19-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in menu planning, catering, expert cooking techniques, culinary art design, food preparation, food storage, inventory, sanitation standards, forecasting, food inspection, food quality standards, cleanness standards, station establishment, hospitality services, and temperature control point
- Previous job experience may qualify for a reduced training timeline and promotion
- Willingness to participate in additional fully funded advanced certification training programs
- Ability to work full or part-time as required
- Commitment to uphold all Army standards and regulations
- Physical fitness to meet training and job demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 19-week paid culinary training program
- Certification in menu planning and expert cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food quality and safety standards
- Ability to manage catering and hospitality services
- Experience in inventory management and forecasting preferred

Job Duties
- Participate in a 19-week paid training program to gain culinary skills and certifications
- Apply cooking techniques to prepare meals that meet food quality and nutrition standards
- Manage catering services for various events and functions
- Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards in food preparation and storage areas
- Conduct inventory management including food storage and forecasting supplies
- Provide hospitality services to meet the needs of personnel and guests
- Maintain temperature control and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
