Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time schedule including rotating weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide training and create work schedules
  • Evaluate the performance of workers and reward high performers
  • Discipline employees who fail to meet standards
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management
  • Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety
  • Act as contact person for employee complaints or time off requests
  • Mentor and develop employees to encourage goal setting and advancement
