Job Duties
- Empower lead mentor and cultivate teams to maximize their impact which involves recruiting assessing educating coaching and overseeing performance
- Ensure that the food service provision is in line with the Executional Model
- Assist employees in comprehending the goals that need to be achieved and the approaches that should be implemented through coaching
- Offer rewards as a form of acknowledgment for the valuable contributions made by employees
- Guarantee the observance of safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client requirements and communicate operational progress clearly
- Adopt the operational frameworks and systems championed by Aramark
- Optimize revenue streams while managing budgetary allocations particularly concerning the monitoring of expenses for food beverages and labor
- Ensure the continual formulation and maintenance of profit and loss statements
- Reach the prescribed targets for food and workforce metrics
- Regulate resource utilization to uphold quality benchmarks and control expenses as per budgetary constraints
- Implement and uphold Aramark’s schedule for labor and gastronomy projects
- Maximize value by improving operational efficiency controlling costs and overseeing profits
- Uphold total commitment to Operational Excellence principles which entail efficient handling of food operations and labor resources
- Oversee and manage the operations concerning food production distribution and catering services
- Maintain a secure and health-promoting setting for clients customers and staff to engage in
- Adhere to all applicable policies regulations and laws emphasizing the importance of safety health and hours of work
- Establish and oversee methodologies and guidelines for the acquiring receiving stockpiling handling provision and culinary planning of edibles
- Develop forecasts for operational components and offer explanations for any discrepancies
- Responsible for managing accounting functions connected to these components
- Verify that the appropriate sanitation and safety guidelines are implemented in their respective regions
- Guide and oversee unit staff in the management of production activities merchandising efforts quality standards enforcement cost monitoring labor supervision and employee education programs
- Find hire train and maintain front-line workforce
- Implement periodic stock checks
- Conform to the requirements of ARAMARK government standards and accrediting bodies through meticulous record-keeping
- Interact with client leaders and ensure strong client and customer relationships at all tiers of the client organization
- May be involved in sales transactions and negotiations pertaining to contracts
- Seek out possibilities to introduce new products and services that contribute to sales expansion and client loyalty
- Run the customer service and operations in the front-of-house of the restaurant
- Develop and execute food service projects that are aligned with the client's core values and mission emphasizing sustainable practices
