Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical training
  • minimum four years relevant experience preferred
  • 1-3 years management experience considered
  • prior food service industry experience
  • strong communication skills required
  • capability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • stamina to stand for extended periods

  • establish methodologies for acquiring and provisioning food

  • guide unit staff in production, merchandising, quality, cost, labor, and education
  • find, hire, train, and maintain frontline workforce
