Job Duties

  • prepare and serve meals to residents, guests, and employees
  • adhere to therapeutic diet orders and special nutrition requirements
  • coordinate with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to optimize food service delivery
  • maintain high standards of cost, quality, and quantity control in meal preparation
  • promote resident satisfaction by offering meal choices that preserve personal dignity
  • ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and food service areas
  • assist in inventory management and food storage
