Job Duties
- prepare and serve meals to residents, guests, and employees
- adhere to therapeutic diet orders and special nutrition requirements
- coordinate with the Culinary Services Director and interdisciplinary team to optimize food service delivery
- maintain high standards of cost, quality, and quantity control in meal preparation
- promote resident satisfaction by offering meal choices that preserve personal dignity
- ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and food service areas
- assist in inventory management and food storage
