  • Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with co-workers
  • Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, clean kitchen
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
  • Serve Safe Certification desired

Job Duties

  • Complete understanding of recipes, quality standards and presentation
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Help to train, coach and develop new employees and team leaders
  • Help leadership delegate tasks to team members and provide follow-up
  • Help ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Help ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
  • Understand cost controls
  • Help and participation in inventory and ordering with leadership
