- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, clean kitchen
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
- Serve Safe Certification desired

Job Duties
- Complete understanding of recipes, quality standards and presentation
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- Help to train, coach and develop new employees and team leaders
- Help leadership delegate tasks to team members and provide follow-up
- Help ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Help ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Understand cost controls
- Help and participation in inventory and ordering with leadership
