Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food production or manufacturing
  • Ability to work overnight shifts Thursday through Monday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
  • Physical capability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Willingness to participate in in-house food safety training during onboarding
  • Understanding of the risks related to allergen exposure in a production environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams in a large-scale food production or commissary kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety practices, batch cooking, and recipe execution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead hourly team members across key production kitchen stations including ovens, tilt skillets, flat tops, and slicers
  • Assign daily station roles and monitor performance
  • Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times
  • Coach team members in proper procedures and production techniques
  • Partner with Culinary Leadership and FSQA to troubleshoot and adjust operations
  • Support onboarding and training of new cooks
  • Foster a positive kitchen culture with professional communication and teamwork
