Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CA Food Handlers Card required
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Follow standard procedures and best practices to ensure the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils and dining glasses, plates and utensils
- Follow standard procedures and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies on matters related to food service and safety
- Be knowledgeable of trash, compost, recycling program
- Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine
- Wash shared work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors
- Assist with basic food prep as requested
