Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- current CA food handlers card required
- meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE

Job Duties
- follow standard procedures and best practices to ensure the meticulous cleanliness of the kitchen including all equipment and utensils and dining glasses plates and utensils
- follow standard procedures and best practices to maintain regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies on all matters related to food service and safety
- knowledgeable of trash compost recycling program
- assembling maintaining and breaking down the dish machine
- washing shared work areas refrigerators cooking equipment walls and floors
- assist with basic food prep as requested
