Job Duties

  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
  • Correct maintenance and use of equipment
  • Maintain positive coworker relations
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
  • Assist in preparation of mise en place and cooking during service time
  • Minimize waste and maintain food cost controls
  • Complete opening and closing duties including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Help resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
