Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of previous line cook experience
- culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- valid food handler's card
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts
- good communication skills
- ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills

- 2-3 years of previous line cook experience preferred

- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills and preparation
- able to work multiple stations in the kitchen, specifically grilling and sauteeing
- able to produce at a high volume level
- strong knife skills are required
- requires moderate supervision and training
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including afternoons and evenings, with shifts typically beginning at 2:00 pm and concluding at 11:30 pm
- must have valid food handler's card
Job Duties
- Prepare sauces, stocks, and dressings
- fry, broil, grill, and saute food items
- maintain high volume food production with consistent quality
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
