Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or relevant hotel experience preferred
- Possess valid food handler's card
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience as a baker or pastry cook in a professional kitchen
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality focus

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters
- Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
