Job Requirements

  • Valid local Food Handler's Card required
  • Must have at least two years of line cook experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong knife skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision
  • Must be able to work multiple kitchen stations

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong knife skills
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques

  • Requires moderate supervision and training
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts

Job Duties

  • Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, and stocks
  • Frying and broiling various menu items
  • Work multiple stations in the kitchen efficiently
  • Maintain high volume food production with quality and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in training and moderate supervision of junior staff
