Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Able to work independently at a single kitchen station
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Desire to satisfy guest needs in a high-pressure environment
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain single cooking stations with minimal supervision
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on guest satisfaction
