Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years cooking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience
- Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
- Ability to perform basic cooking skills proficiently
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under supervision while being self-motivated
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel standards
- Work single stations in the kitchen independently
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with food inventory and storage
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Participate in training and skill development sessions
