Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of line cook experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Valid food handler's card
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Able to handle high-volume kitchen work
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong knife skills
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts typically from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work multiple kitchen stations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires moderate supervision and training
  • Valid food handler's card required
  • Flexible schedule availability including afternoons and evenings

Job Duties

  • Prepare sauces, stocks, and various culinary dishes
  • Fry, broil, grill, and saute food items
  • Work multiple kitchen stations including grilling and sauteeing
  • Maintain high-volume food production standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills consistently
