- excellent arithmetic and verbal skills

- military service as a commissioned officer in the Navy

Job Duties
- Designing and preparing meal menus tailored to the needs of personnel
- managing kitchen and dining facilities effectively
- maintaining accurate subsistence inventories and financial documentation
- providing high-quality personal food service in officers' and admirals' messes
- overseeing and managing living quarters aboard ships and at shore bases
- acting as a flight attendant aircrewman as needed
