Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a culinary management role
  • demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and supervise food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards
  • collaborate with management to uphold all employment policies while maintaining a pristine restaurant environment for guest safety
  • monitor and enhance productivity to guarantee efficient ticket times for food items
  • oversee the performance of back of house staff, conducting evaluations, coaching, and implementing necessary disciplinary actions
  • support the development of key staff members, including assistant managers and hourly employees, through constructive feedback in one-on-one sessions
  • conduct formal taste and temp checks to maintain inventory and food safety standards
  • ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all kitchen items
