Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years relevant food service experience
- One to three years leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams
- Knowledge of safety, health, and wage regulations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently
- Capability to stand for long periods

- Background in food service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Capable of intermittent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods without discomfort
Job Duties
- Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
- Ensure food provisioning aligns with the executional structure
- Provide coaching by fostering agreement on objectives and strategies
- Implement recognition programs for valuable employee contributions
- Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness regulations
- Determine client needs and communicate operational growth
- Develop revenue streams and supervise financial allocations
- Verify timely creation and upkeep of P&L statements
- Attain desired food and labor benchmarks
- Manage resources to meet quality standards and control costs
- Execute Aramark strategies for labor and culinary programs
- Improve efficiency and oversee profits
- Lead coordination of production, delivery, and catering services
- Promote safety and wellness
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Set up and manage food acquisition, delivery, cooking, and provision processes
- Produce operational forecasts and manage accounting responsibilities
- Conduct routine inventory audits
- Maintain record-keeping standards
- Communicate with client executives and maintain strong relationships
- Engage in sales and contractual discussions
- Identify opportunities for new products and revenue enhancement
