Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
- Ensure that the provisioning of food aligns with the Executional Structure
- Provide coaching to staff by fostering a collective agreement on objectives and strategies
- Implement recognition programs to credit employee contributions
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
- Determine client needs and communicate operational growth effectively
- Integrate Aramark procedures into business practices
- Develop revenue streams and supervise financial allocations
- Verify creation and upkeep of P&L statements
- Attain desired food and labor benchmarks
- Oversee resource management to achieve quality standards and control costs
- Carry out Aramark’s strategies for labor and culinary programs
- Enhance efficiency and manage costs effectively
- Lead production, delivery, and catering coordination
- Promote safety and wellness for clients, customers, and employees
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and wage regulations
- Set up and manage food acquisition, delivery, retention, cooking and provision processes
- Devise and improve menus
- Produce predictions for operational components and oversee accounting responsibilities
- Confirm sanitation and safety compliance
- Direct unit employees on production, merchandising, quality, cost, labor, and training
- Source and maintain frontline team associates
- Conduct routine inventory audits
- Ensure proper record-keeping per Aramark standards and regulations
- Communicate with client executives and maintain strong client relationships
- Engage in sales and contractual discussions
- Identify opportunities to integrate new products and services to boost revenue and loyalty
