Job Requirements

  • food service background
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ability to intermittently lift, move, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
  • ensure that the provisioning of food aligns with the executional structure
  • provide coaching to staff by fostering a collective agreement on objectives and strategies
  • implement recognition programs to credit employees for their contributions
  • ensure all operations adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
  • determine client needs and communicate operational growth
  • integrate Aramark procedures and supervise financial allocations
  • verify timely creation and upkeep of profit and loss statements
  • attain desired levels for food and labor benchmarks
  • oversee resource management within budget limits
  • carry out and uphold Aramark's labor and culinary strategies
  • improve operational efficiency and manage costs effectively
  • lead coordination of production, delivery, and catering services
  • create an environment promoting safety and wellness
  • ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and laws
  • set up and manage structures and processes for food acquisition, delivery, retention, cooking, and provision
  • devise and improve menus
  • produce operational predictions and explain disparities
  • oversee accounting responsibilities
  • confirm compliance with sanitation and safety criteria
  • direct and guide unit employees on production, merchandising, quality standards, cost monitoring, labor allocation, and training
  • source, onboard, and cultivate front-line team associates
  • conduct routine inventory audits
  • ensure record-keeping meets ARAMARK and regulatory standards
  • communicate with client executives and maintain strong client relations
  • engage in sales activities and contractual discussions
  • identify opportunities to integrate new products and services to boost revenue and loyalty
