Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition/dietetics
- Completion of dietetic internship
- Registered dietitian licensed by the State of Arkansas
- Minimum one year experience in nutrition/dietetics
- Minimum one year post-collegiate experience in event coordination or education
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with health professionals and students
- Professional interaction skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Public speaking ability

Job Duties
- Teach elective courses for medical and other students related to culinary medicine
- Lead cooking demonstrations in a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen
- Prepare and provide coursework, recipes, and educational materials for classes
- Oversee students in preparing meals and ensure kitchen safety including knife skills and cross-contamination prevention
- Collaborate with medical professionals and course directors to integrate nutrition perspectives
- Develop and implement community outreach programs with local organizations
- Engage in administrative responsibilities, including grant writing, budgeting, and participating in subcommittee activities
