Job Requirements

  • Experience in breakfast, lunch, and dinner concepts
  • Skilled in cooking from scratch
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Willingness to participate in training and development programs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years recent kitchen management experience in full-service or fast casual
  • Experience managing concepts serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Proven ability to cook from scratch
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Ensure the quality and freshness of all dishes served
  • Inspire culinary excellence and expert food handling among crew members
  • Manage kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
  • Oversee inventory management and food safety compliance
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service
