Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service management
  • ability to work daylight hours Monday to Friday
  • no evening, weekend, or holiday availability required
  • ability to travel between school locations
  • ServeSafe certification within 90 days of hire
  • capability to perform food safety and sanitation inspections
  • proficiency with NutriSlice, PrimeroEdge, or similar software
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service management
  • knowledge of National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • experience in large-scale food preparation
  • competency in kitchen equipment use
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • proficiency with inventory and ordering software
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • Understand National School Breakfast Program

  • food preparation on a large production scale
