Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service management
- ability to work daylight hours Monday to Friday
- no evening, weekend, or holiday availability required
- ability to travel between school locations
- ServeSafe certification within 90 days of hire
- capability to perform food safety and sanitation inspections
- proficiency with NutriSlice, PrimeroEdge, or similar software
- strong interpersonal skills
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service management
- knowledge of National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs
- ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- experience in large-scale food preparation
- competency in kitchen equipment use
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- proficiency with inventory and ordering software
- excellent communication and coaching abilities
