2+ years experience in production, culinary, content creation, or administrative support role
strong organizational skills
ability to manage multiple projects
experience with food preparation and kitchen equipment
self-starter with initiative
strong verbal and written communication
willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel
bachelor's degree or equivalent
bonus experience with food styling and budget management
