Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of one year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Ability to work a diverse schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: One year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant environment (bar experience is a plus)
- Preferred: Current food safety certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Preferred: Openness to relocating within your local region for career advancement

Job Duties
- Oversee the culinary manager duties by directing kitchen staff and maintaining peak operational efficiency
- Manage talent acquisition through proactive recruiting, interviewing, and training of new Outbackers
- Mentor hourly team members to help them reach their professional milestones and career goals
- Enforce strict safety, sanitation, and security protocols to protect our guests and staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure 100 percent adherence to Outback recipes and standards
- Address guest feedback immediately to build long-term brand loyalty and ensure a premier dining experience
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure the kitchen is properly staffed for high-volume shifts
- Represent the restaurant within the local community through marketing and outreach efforts
