Job Requirements

  • Must have current food manager certification
  • Must have TABC certification
  • Experience working in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
  • Willingness to complete six weeks of management training
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Train new management hires during the six-week training program
