Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of food service management experience
- Previous experience managing food production with retail and fine dining menu knowledge
- Familiarity with a la carte dining service
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel frequently within the West Coast
- Enthusiastic, confident and warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and computer literacy

Job Duties
- Direct and supervise kitchen as well as dining room operations and designated back of house and front of house staff
- Ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved
- Control and ensure the company’s and client’s financial targets are achieved
- Engage with peers, colleagues and residents in a manner that invites interaction and feedback
- Manage food production with retail and fine dining menu knowledge and a la carte experience
- Oversee both front of house and back of house operations and manage staff accordingly
- Monitor compliance with food safety standards including ServSafe regulations
