Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel restaurant or catering facility of similar caliber
- High School Diploma or GED required an Associate's degree or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced high-volume cooking environment
- Ability to read and comprehend schedules menus and policies
- Basic mathematical skills
- Proficiency with standard kitchen equipment including steamer fryer and oven
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Fluency in reading writing and speaking English
- Licensing requirements must be met and maintained specific to the position
- Flexible schedule including availability on days nights weekends and holidays
- Regular and reliable attendance required
