Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a line cook or kitchen role is preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
- Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift
- Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and freshness

- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader
