Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift
  • Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor food quality and freshness
  • report any inconsistencies
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader
