  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment
  • working knowledge of established sanitation standards
  • ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment

Job Duties

  • Cooking to order including frying, sautéing and broiling a variety of food items from the menu
  • working the hot food line, broiler, fry station and salad station
  • maintaining established sanitation standards
  • lifting 50 pounds or more as needed
  • performing duties efficiently in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment
  • collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • demonstrating creativity and contributing to menu development when applicable
