- 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment
- working knowledge of established sanitation standards
- ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment

Job Duties
- Cooking to order including frying, sautéing and broiling a variety of food items from the menu
- working the hot food line, broiler, fry station and salad station
- maintaining established sanitation standards
- lifting 50 pounds or more as needed
- performing duties efficiently in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment
- collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- demonstrating creativity and contributing to menu development when applicable
