Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment
working knowledge of established sanitation standards
ability to lift 50 pounds or more
ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast paced fine dining environment
knowledge in creating specials and new menu items is a plus

Job Duties

Cooking to order including frying, sauting and broiling a variety of food items from the menu
working hot food line
managing broiler station effectively
operating fry station efficiently
preparing dishes at salad station
maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
