Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
  • Food Handler’s Certification and/or ServSafe preferred
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety protocols
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute a variety of cooking techniques
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and well-maintained presentation

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in a timely manner
  • Adhere to Hilton, kitchen, and recipe standards to maintain food quality and consistency
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and plating
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Support catering functions as needed
  • Work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
