Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
- Food Handler’s Certification and/or ServSafe preferred
- Capacity to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and quality standards
Job Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute a variety of cooking techniques
- Organizational ability and attention to detail

- Professional appearance and well-maintained presentation
- Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- New Jersey Preventing Harassment in the Workplace – Employee Certification (to be completed upon hire)
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in a timely manner
- Adhere to Hilton, kitchen, and recipe standards to maintain food quality and consistency
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation, ingredient portioning, and plating
- Monitor food quality and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Support catering functions as needed
- Work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
