Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of professional culinary experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
- current annual influenza vaccination
- passing TB test, drug screen, and background check
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow uniform and appearance guidelines
- compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of professional culinary experience
- deep knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards
- experience in an upscale hospitality or healthcare setting preferred

Job Duties
- create artfully prepared dishes using chef-inspired recipes
- maintain impeccable standards for temperature, flavor, and visual appeal
- plate and garnish with precision
- collaborate on catering and signature events
- maintain uncompromising adherence to food safety and workplace safety standards
- guarantee flawless sanitation of all culinary spaces and equipment
- operate premium kitchen equipment
- execute meticulous daily and weekly cleaning routines
- label and date all ingredients accurately
- craft meals to meet individual dietary requirements and allergen considerations
- uphold the highest standards of integrity with ethical conduct and HIPAA compliance
- report concerns of mistreatment or abuse in accordance with law
- prepare and stage stations with precision
- monitor inventory and communicate needs promptly
- assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries
- mentor new culinary team members
- foster a culture of collaboration and respect
- maintain a refined professional appearance
- participate in continuing education and training
- respond promptly to resident and staff requests
- perform additional duties to support team success
