Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a food service environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and take orders
  • Basic math skills
  • Food handlers permit as required by law
  • Brand certification as required
  • Willingness to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Following recipes accurately while maintaining portion control to prepare, garnish, and present dishes
  • Ensuring your kitchen station is set up efficiently each day
  • Requisitioning and stocking essential food and supplies
  • Properly handling, storing, and rotating all products
  • Maintaining, cleaning, and breaking down kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Monitoring stock and ensuring the quality of perishables
  • Completing daily opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
  • Owning the quality of all products served
  • Executing general and specific cleaning tasks to uphold health standards
  • Performing other assigned duties as needed
