Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of one year of experience in a food service environment
- High school diploma preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with guests and take orders
- Basic math skills
- Food handlers permit as required by law
- Brand certification as required
- Willingness to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods

Job Duties
- Following recipes accurately while maintaining portion control to prepare, garnish, and present dishes
- Ensuring your kitchen station is set up efficiently each day
- Requisitioning and stocking essential food and supplies
- Properly handling, storing, and rotating all products
- Maintaining, cleaning, and breaking down kitchen machinery and equipment
- Monitoring stock and ensuring the quality of perishables
- Completing daily opening, ongoing, and closing checklists
- Owning the quality of all products served
- Executing general and specific cleaning tasks to uphold health standards
- Performing other assigned duties as needed
