Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a culinary or kitchen management role preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to bend and reach overhead often
  • dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment
  • comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
  • ability to work in tight spaces and maintain constant communication
  • good vision including close, distance, and peripheral
  • must be able to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • ability to work safely and stay alert
  • may work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to cross train across different restaurant functions
  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • experience working in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • willingness to learn and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
  • develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
  • coach and develop team members
  • cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
