Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to bend and reach overhead often
- Dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
- Comfortable working near open flames
- Ability to maintain near constant communication with multiple team members
- Good vision including close, distance, and peripheral vision
- Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
- Ability to work safely and remain alert
- Willingness to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in food and beverage management preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to upholding food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
- Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
- Learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
- Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
