Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to bend and reach overhead often
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working in hot and cold temperatures
  • Comfortable working near open flames
  • Ability to maintain near constant communication with multiple team members
  • Good vision including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • Ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally
  • Ability to work safely and remain alert
  • Willingness to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience in food and beverage management preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to upholding food quality and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • Learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
  • Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
